WeiterUrl : https:/ / de.wikipedia.org/ wiki/ Siegesdenkmal Bozen UrlLoad : https:/ / yes WikiText : Das Siegesdenkmal (Monumento alla Vittoria) in Bozen (Südtirol) auf dem Siegesplatz (Piazza della Vittoria) ist mit dem von Hans Piffrader gemeißelten Fries auf dem Gerichtsplatz eines der letzten verbliebenen Monumente aus der Zeit des Faschismus in Bozen. Es ist auf Mussolinis persönliche Initiative hin errichtet worden. Auf dem damaligen "Talfer Platz" stand bis 1920 das österreichische Kaiserjäger-Denkmal. Den 19 Meter breiten Triumphbogen plante der Architekt Marcello Piacentini. Das Denkmal ist mit Plastiken der italienischen Bildhauer Adolfo Wildt und Libero Andreotti ausgestattet. An der Stirnseite schießt eine stilisierte Siegesgöttin einen Pfeil gegen den germanischen Norden ab. Gewidmet wurde das Bauwerk den Märtyrern des Ersten Weltkrieges. Folgende lateinische Inschrift findet sich an der Front: In Südtirol wird das Siegesdenkmal auch Faschistentempel genannt, was durch die an den Säulen und Pilastern angebrachten Liktorenbündel und dessen Errichtung in der Zeit des Faschismus zu erklären ist[1].
