Kathedrale der Hl. Anastasia
Sight / church
Cathedral of St. Stosija was built in the 12th century and is dedicated to St. Anastasia, whose sarcophagus is in the apse. The lunette above the main portal bears an inscription from 1324. The neo-Romanesque bell tower with its magnificent window arches was built in the 15th century a little apart from the cathedral. The largest cathedral in Dalmatia can be visited daily from 8:00 to 12:00 and 18:00 to 20:00. From the bell tower you have a wonderful view of the city.
