Bamburgh Castle

Bamburgh Castle is a historic castle in Northumberland, England. The castle is located on a rock above the North Sea. Bamburgh Castle was built in the 11th century and has been the seat of the Duke of Northumberland since 1399. The castle was badly damaged by Scottish invaders in 1405 but was restored in the 19th century. Bamburgh Castle is a popular tourist destination and is open to the public.
