The South Tyrolean Archeology Museum tells the history of the region from the Palaeolithic Age to Charlemagne The star of the museum is Ötzi, the Iceman. A special exhibition from March 1, 2011 to January 13, 2013 is dedicated to him

There is a glass pane (not particularly large) through which one can look into the chamber.. For this look you have to stand short or longer depending on the amount of rush.. In front of the window, there is a pedestal, which can be adjusted electrically, so that children and the handicapped can look well.
