The exact construction history is not completely clear, but it is known that the castle was used as a summer residence by the convent of the Cistercian abbey until the secularization in 1803. The castle is a three-story mansard roof building from the 17th18th century. Century, with furnishings and an attached castle chapel of St. Michael from 1572.
