Leuchtfeuer Rantzow
Sight / lighthouse
The Rantzow beacon was located on the island of Rügen in Germany. The town of Ranzow on Rügen is named after the noble Rantzow family who once lived there. The beacon was used by shipping for navigation and warning off the coast. It was probably built in the 19th century to guide ships in the Baltic Sea off the coast of Rügen.
