Kirche St. Jakob
Sight / church
The Church of St. James originally dates from the 14th century, but was rebuilt after a fire in the 15th century. There is still a baroque organ from 1725. The approx. 55 m high tower of the church is particularly worth seeing. Two bells have been preserved here: ´Maria´ from 1550 weighs 950 kg, ´Jakob´ from 1603 weighs 1650 kg. The tree trunks used in the construction of the wooden staircase were felled in 1521 and are still preserved today.
